ORGANIZER PAANNY, has the exclusive right to organize and conduct their annual meeting, to be held at The Fox Hollow on May 7-8, 2026.

 

SPONSOR has determined to provide financial support for the Event in exchange for certain promotional rights to be provided by the organizer.

PAANNY Sponsorship includes both days, all 3 events
Thursday 9am-8pm & Friday 7am-3:30pm

includes a display table and sponsor logo on all advertising, including a banner on our established, members-only industry website; light breakfast, lunch & dinner on Thursday; full breakfast, buffet lunch and cocktail hour on Friday.   $3750

A 2.5% ticket service fee of $94 is added to $3750 totaling $3844. Sponsor agrees to pay the Organizer the full amount at time of registration. If the sponsor amount has not been received by April 15, 2026, the sponsor agrees to pay an extra 10% fee.

​A 2.5% ticket service fee of $104 is added to $4150 ($3750 + $400) totaling $4254. Sponsor agrees to pay the Organizer the full amount at time of registration. If the sponsor amount has not been received by April 15, 2026, the sponsor agrees to pay an extra 10% fee.
